Very daring recipes indeed! My mouth watered as I read them, not in anticipation, but in wonder of how much of a huge challenge this would be for me. Nevertheless, this is how great foods were invented. Someone taking their imagination to a whole other level; a place where others failed to tread. This jam seems to be the flavor heaven for people who aim to put a spicy twist on everything they eat. I love me some fruit jam, but the pepper part scares me a bit. I would still give it a good old, apprehensive, Jamaican try though💪🏾.

The marinade for meats and seafood does sound amazing!! 🤗
